SGS in Singapore is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to drive M&A evaluation, financial modelling, due diligence, and post-acquisition performance tracking. You will partner with management and business units to support strategic investments and corporate development.

The role covers FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, cost control, and data analytics, with exposure to ERP systems including Oracle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA Australia, CA, or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Relevant experience in M&A, corporate development, transaction advisory, FP&A, financial modelling, investment analysis, or commercial finance.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Exposure to financial due diligence, acquisition evaluation, integration planning, or post-acquisition performance tracking would be an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle, ERP systems, and data visualisation/reporting tools would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) / Corporate Development: evaluate opportunities, develop financial models, and support due diligence.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): analyse data, prepare variance analyses, support budgeting/forecasting, and maintain financial models.
• Business Partnering & Performance Management: provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, develop KPIs, and analyse profitability by product/region.
• Cost Control & Process Improvement: monitor costs, improve reporting processes, and support automation and data analytics initiatives.
