Position: Senior Finance Leadership Role (Singapore-Based)

We are seeking a forward-thinking finance professional to lead and elevate the finance function for our Singapore operations. This role is instrumental in delivering financial insights that support strategic decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

• Lead the finance function for the Singapore business, overseeing all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting and in-depth performance analysis.

• Strengthen financial controls, processes, and regulatory compliance across the Singapore operations.

• Review internal controls and ensure audit readiness and statutory compliance.

• Develop financial metrics and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

• Guide and develop the local finance team to meet evolving business needs.

• Collaborate with auditors, advisors, and internal stakeholders to maintain best practices.

• Drive the transition of Singapore finance operations toward a shared services model to enhance efficiency, standardization, and scalability.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Oversee cash flow planning, working capital management, and local banking relationships.

• Optimize funding strategies and minimize financial risk through appropriate tools and planning.
  

Tax Strategy & Compliance

• Manage tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities specific to the Singapore entity.

• Monitor local tax developments and assess impact on the business.

• Liaise with relevant teams to manage audits and mitigate tax-related risks.

Strategic Support

• Support commercial decisions by evaluating investment cases, contracts, and financial viability.

• Contribute to capital planning and long-term financial strategy for Singapore operations.
