Job summary

Fuku in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to own and streamline finance processes across a growing yacht-management portfolio. You will develop robust reporting, manage monthly consolidations, and drive efficiency in budgeting and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, accounts payable, budgeting and reconciliations.
• Full-set accounting experience would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with SAP or other accounting systems.
• Experience handling multiple entities, projects or currencies would be beneficial.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable taking ownership and establishing processes within a lean team.
• Adaptable, resourceful and willing to learn a specialised industry.
• Experience in maritime, hospitality, luxury services, family offices or boutique firms would be advantageous

• Establish and improve finance templates, controls and operating procedures.
• Provide financial oversight for yacht operations, provisioning and projects.
• Support related entities and other finance matters when required

Its boutique yacht-management division provides financial, operational and technical management services for a growing portfolio of luxury yachts.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing reliable finance processes, establishing reporting templates and ensuring accurate financial oversight across the portfolio. The role will also support the implementation of a new yacht-management system and the alignment of financial information with existing accounting systems.

This opportunity is well suited to someone with a strong finance foundation who enjoys working independently, taking ownership and contributing beyond a conventional finance scope within a small and collaborative team.
