Job Descriptions

• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of accounting entries and schedules in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Perform variance analysis and address ad hoc financial reporting queries and issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian taxation laws, particularly corporate tax, and support tax reconciliation processes.
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and execute month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant certification with 5 years of working experience
• Possess 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• Candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia is a must as candidate will be required to relocate and manage Indonesia plant / employees and Indonesian stakeholders
• Required to be based in Batam / frequent travelling to Batam
