Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts including fixed assets, AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations

• Perform accurate and timely month-end closings and prepare monthly financial reports and schedules

• Review daily bank transactions and liaise with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

• Provide monthly management reporting and analysis for business units

• Support business units in resolving financial queries and improving reporting accuracy

• Assist in audit processes and corporate tax submissions

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process

• Participate in stocktake and fixed asset verification exercises

• Work with stakeholders to prepare product costing

• Provide coverage for Business Office functions such as billing and admissions

• Handle other ad-hoc finance-related duties as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in month-end closing and management reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, MYOB, etc.)

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
