JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements and full sets of accounts.
2. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and external parties to ensure statutory compliance.
3. Formulate, review, and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
4. Assist in all finance-related matters, including maintaining finance records, reconciliation, and managing finance process administration.
5. Experience in preparing and finalizing month-end reports, preferably for multiple business units.
6. Manage Profit & Loss accounts and balance sheets.
7. Review accounts of subsidiary entities.
8. Conduct budgets and monthly variance analysis of financial data.
9. Review working capital and perform analysis.
10. Undertake ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Candidate should possess the following attributes:

• Minimum degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MYOB and preparing full sets of accounts.
• Audit experience is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful and capable of resolving problems independently.
• Proactive, team-oriented, with a strong sense of integrity.
• Experience in preparing and finalizing month-end reporting for multiple business units.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of written English.
• Singaporean nationality.
