Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Finance Executive to join our finance team. This role involves managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving process improvements.

Job Description:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, manage budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee supplier payments, customer invoicing, and cash flow management.

  • General Ledger & Month-End Closing: Maintain accurate general ledger records and perform month-end/year-end closing activities.

  • Tax & Compliance: Handle GST reporting, corporate tax filings, and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance.

  • Process Improvement & System Implementation: Identify opportunities for process automation and assist with ERP and RPA system implementations.

  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support finance projects and internal controls, as well as assist with audits and financial assessments.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.

  • Specific Skillset: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ERP systems, and RPA tools. Strong understanding of SFRS and tax compliance.

  • Qualities: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience.
