Job description

As Senior Finance Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial processes, reporting accuracy, and compliance with statutory requirements. You will oversee day-to-day accounting functions and reporting across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly management reports
  • Handle AR Function, including data entry, send SOA and payment reminder to customer
  • Handle AP Function, including data entry, perform 3-way match of vendor invoice, process payment and perform AP reconciliation with vendor SOA
  • Process staff expenses claim
  • Support periodic fixed assets sighting
  • Handle audit, corporate tax filing and Singapore GST filing
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal control processes
  • Maintain good documentation and filing system
  • Support on the new accounting system implementation
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Accountancy/Finance with minimum 3 years finance/accounting experience
  • Good knowledge of financial reporting standards and local tax laws
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Can work independently, take initiatives and ownership with tasks assigned
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
  • Proficient in English and Chinese to effectively communicate and report financial information across different regions
  • Meticulous, organised, and good at keeping to timelines
