About Apeiro Networks

Apeiro Networks is a leading network infrastructure solutions provider with a strong presence in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. We specialize in delivering cutting-edge solutions that enable high-performance and resilient network infrastructures.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and reporting across regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts.

  • Provide timely and accurate monthly management reports.

  • Handle AR Function, including data entry, send SOA and payment reminder to customer.

  • Handle AP Function, including data entry, perform 3-way match of vendor invoice, process payment and perform AP reconciliation with vendor SOA.

  • Process staff expenses claim.

  • Support periodic physical stock count and fixed assets sighting.

  • Handle audit, corporate tax filing and Singapore GST filing.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal control processes.

  • Maintain good documentation and filing system.

  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Accountancy/ Finance.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience.

  • Good knowledge of financial reporting standards and local tax laws.

  • Experience in SAP B1 system is an advantage.

  • Meticulous with attention to details.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
