• Advise APAC Travel Retail leaders on financial strategy, growth opportunities, and risks.
• Present financial updates, KPIs, and insights to regional leadership.

• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
• Analyze performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  
• Performance Optimization:
• Track sales, margins, and promotions to improve profitability.
• Work with supply chain to manage inventory and costs.
  
• Compliance & Processes:
• Ensure compliance with global finance policies and local regulations.
• Improve financial systems and controls for efficiency.
