What will you do

Senior Finance Director Operations leads the Kenvue APAC Finance Operations, in partnering the Operations organization to drive Growth, Agility, Gross Profit, Cost & Cash Flow improvements for the APAC business. We work closely across Asia-Pacific commercial organization and Global Supply Chain functions, to understand the needs & challenges of the business, drive end-to-end solutions to optimize cost, cash & service, so as to ensure we add-value across the Supply Chain network and to the business.

Scope of Responsibilities

APAC Kenvue operations network supports a ~$3.0B NTS business across 14 markets, consists of ~10 plants, ~50 external manufacturers, ~50 distribution centers and over 3,000 SKUs.This position is accountable for &>$1.2B COGS, and is responsible for the financial leadership, strategy, forecasting and analysis, strategic decision partnering, performance management and driving results delivery for Kenvue APAC Operations. Key financial metrics include: Gross Profit, COGS, and Free Cash Flow including Inventory/DIO and Capital investments.

The role leads a team of ~50 Operations Finance employees (direct and indirect reporting) across 8 different countries in Asia Pacific.

This role reports into the Vice President Global Operations Finance and dotted line to APAC Operations VP and APAC CFO. He/she sits on the Global Operations Finance Leadership Team, APAC Operations Leadership Team and APAC Finance Leadership Team. Other key working relationships include:

  • Global Operations & Global Finance Operations
  • Country and Regional Commercial Partners and Commercial Finance
  • Finance Teams across the region including but not limited to FP&A, Controllership, Tax and Treasury etc
Major Responsibilities
  • Responsible for setting and achieving financial goals relating to all aspects of APAC Kenvue operations
  • Lead financial strategy, develop business plans, forecast updates and long-term planning to achieve APAC Kenvue goals across operation networks
  • Facilitates and drives resource prioritization within operations organization
  • Implement driver-based forecasting process and standardize gross profit analytics and reporting
  • Effectively work with procurement team to mitigate inflation and achieve sustainable cost improvement commitments
  • Benchmark manufacturing facilities to drive further indirect cost efficiencies
  • Responsible for Operations finance organization, driving high performance team, organization design, strategy and talent development & management. Ensuring the team has the right skills and capabilities & drive value Creation goals as One Team
  • Enhances current practices and develops new solutions and strategies to strengthen the financial knowledge, operating performance
  • Ensures financial processes and systems are in place in compliance with worldwide procedures and drives accountability, visibility and analytical capabilities throughout the organization
  • Manage FX including hedging
  • Lead and drive Kenvue values, purpose and leadership behaviors and foster the Kenvue Way among leadership team and organization

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting or Finance.MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience including hands-on and strategic supply chain finance experience
  • Proven track record in partnering and influencing senior management across global, regional and markets to drive results and drive change in complex matrix environment
  • Track records in talent management, capability development and organization engagement
  • Ability to zoom in and out – big picture strategic thinking to challenge status quo, as well as process-oriented tactical plans to execute
