Job summary

astek singapore innovation technology pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced senior developer with 10+ years in data-focused projects. You will act as a module expert for Finance RTR processes, develop functional specs, and support production and application environments.

The role requires strong Java, SQL, and DevOps skills, with hands-on experience in Postgres/Oracle, Spring, Maven, and AWS. Linux proficiency and scripting abilities are essential for automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of development experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in Postgres and Oracle DB.
• Extensive Java experience including Spring and Maven in data-related projects.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving data and system issues.
• Experience in Finance Modules or RTR business processes is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Exposure to AWS technologies and cloud security best practices.
• Knowledge of security tools such as AWS Security Hub and GuardDuty.

Responsibilities

• Act as a module expert and provide support to business users in Finance Modules.
• Develop functional specifications to address gaps in Finance/RTR processes.
• Gain experience in Application Support / Production Support.
• Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD workflows, and automation initiatives.
