Senior Finance cum HR Manager

Our Client:

• Manufacturing Industry
• Mon-Fri, 8am - 5:30pm
• Kaki Bukit
• UP $5800 Basic + Performance Bonus + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, oversee and mentor a team
2. Manage all aspects of the company's monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and finance operations
3. Oversee full spectrum of Recruitment and Training functions
4. Maintain good relations with suppliers, stakeholders and industry partners
5. Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance
6. Prepare financial statements for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports

Requirements:

1. Min. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
2. Min. 4 years of Finance cum HR Experience and 2 years of Supervisory Experience
