As the Senior Finance Business Partner, youwill report to our Head of Commercial Finance and be part of the Equiom Finance Business Partner team.

You will beresponsible for our Asia and Middle East regions and and will havea broad range of responsibilities; to include monthly reporting of financial results and leading the budgeting and planning processes. You willprovide an insight into the regionsfinancial performance and recommending actions that will enable Equiom to hit their financial targets.

You willown and build strongrelationships with the Location Heads of Asia and the Middle Eastas well as key stakeholders within the Group, including being a conduit with our Group FP&A and Financial Control teams.

Your New Role

This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting and lead discussions with Managing Directors to understand the financial performance of the business and make recommendations to drive and improve performance
  • Provide insight, analytics and recommendations to aid decision making
  • Prepare business cases for investments, pricing and other commercial activities
  • Support the annual budgeting process and prepare forecasts
  • Work with the business to agree plans to deliver to Target

What will you need to succeed in this role?

As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:

  • Hold anAccounting qualification
  • Ability to influence decision makers and lead conversations to ensure optimal financial outcomes
  • Have a strong understanding of finance systems and managing data, including a knowledge of how to use Power BI for reporting and data analytics
  • Strong modelling skills, using excel, building and delivering presentations
  • Ability to drive results, having a track record of high performance
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to deliver key messages and drive action to improve results
  • Exhibiting a Growth Mindset; having an inquisitive mind, desire to learn and take on stretch goals
  • Self-motivated with an ability to organise and work independently
