Role Overview

They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Associate to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with at least three years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm, looking to transition into a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the month-end close process and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including reconciliations, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to generate insights and forecasts that support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and post journal entries, manage invoice processing, and oversee payment and collection cycles.
• Assist in the Group consolidation and ensure timely Group financial reporting.
• Collaborate with external and internal auditors, providing necessary documentation for financial and compliance audits.
• Prepare and submit GST returns in compliance with local tax regulations.
• Ensure adherence to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA/CPA qualification or equivalent is a must.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm from a Financial Services background.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
