Our client, a well-established hedge fund, is looking to hire a Senior Finance Associate for the Corporate Accounting team in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting for APAC entities, focusing on corporate accounting for both regulated and unregulated businesses.
• Conduct monthly financial reporting, including expense recording, cost allocation, tax computations, and variance analysis of financial data.
• Prepare and ensure compliance of audited financial statements under IFRS standards.
• Work closely with the US Finance team to align global financial practices and support seamless operations.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and the Technology team to drive process automation, identify risks, and support innovative projects.

Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years of accounting experience, ideally with a background in a Big 4 public accounting firm.
• Proven expertise in financial institutions such as hedge funds, investment management, or securities brokerage, with knowledge of IFRS (US GAAP familiarity preferred).
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting, including MAS and/or SFC requirements; familiarity with JFSA/BoJ reporting is a bonus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications; experience with Oracle, Power BI, or Alteryx is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills
