Zusammenfassung

Keppel Ltd. is seeking a Finance professional to support quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and cashflow projections across the area of accountability. You will assist in closing, consolidation, variance analysis and external reporting in a dynamic corporate environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, solid accounting knowledge and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP S4 and OneStream preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Accounting or Business/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge and application of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International).
• Ability to multi-task, meet tight timelines and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Prepare quarterly forecast, annual budget and cashflow projections for area of accountability.
• Assist in timely closing of accounts and preparation of consolidation schedules.
• Prepare variance analysis for monthly/quarterly reports and other external reporting requirements.
• Prepare financial schedules, statutory accounts and ensure quality of accounts meets service levels.
• Prepare month-end journals in accordance with established processes and local legal requirements.
• Prepare quarterly GST reports and related party transactions reports.
• Perform reconciliation of monthly audit schedules and inter-company transactions.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and handle fixed assets for assigned Companies.
• Prepare financial statements in XBRL format.
• Support external and internal audit, tax reporting and other statutory requirements.
• Provide day-to-day funding requirements (shortfall/surplus).
• Collaborate with Finance Shared Services Centre and other finance functions.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
