Job Description:

The Senior Finance Analyst will provide end-to-end financial support to the Vision IT function across the APAC region. This role will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders, driving financial management, strategic planning, project tracking, and process improvement initiatives for the function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the Vision IT function across multiple APAC reporting entities.
  • Provide comprehensive financial support including monthly closing, management reporting, business planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Review capital appropriation requests (CARs) to ensure alignment with corporate investment strategies and financial requirements.
  • Track and monitor business IT projects, coordinating with global and regional IT hosting teams, PMO teams, and Business Technology leaders.
  • Support global initiatives to streamline and consolidate financial reporting structures.
  • Drive process standardization, simplification, and sustainability, particularly in relation to intercompany charging and cross-border transactions.
  • Champion data accuracy and integrity across budget, forecast, and actual submissions within financial planning systems.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support effective decision-making through insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting role, preferably with FP&A experience.
  • Strong understanding of CAPEX/OPEX management and project accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
