Job description

  1. Provide strategic and operational advice related to finance policies, procedures, and programs, focusing on business needs.

  2. Support project leaders in managing and implementing financial objectives.

  3. Prepare, analyze, and comment on monthly and annual financial reports in a timely manner.

  4. Develop a strong understanding of the business unit’s plans, financial position, major project opportunities, and competitive landscape.

  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers across the organization.

  6. Coordinate and oversee budgeting and forecasting activities for specific sectors, markets, or business lines.

  7. Assist project teams with financial budgeting and planning activities.

  8. Review and report on project performance data at month-end and support monthly review meetings.

  9. Participate in financial system and tool initiatives, including implementation and rollout.

  10. Respond to queries related to project planning, financial reviews, accounts payable and receivable, and other finance duties.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.

  2. 5-10 years of relevant working experience.

  3. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and data analytics tools is advantageous.

  4. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  5. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  6. Meticulous, independent, and detail-oriented.

  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating across divisions.

  8. Strong business acumen with a hands-on approach.
