Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dedicated technical support specialist with experience in the medical device sector. This role involves conducting training sessions, preparing technical documentation, and providing high-level support for IVD and other medical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to maintain professional conduct while interacting with clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of support team competencies across the Asia Pacific region. Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in the medical market servicing IVD, hematology, urinalysis or cardiovascular products.
• Field service support experience locally and overseas.

• Conducting training for affiliates and business partners’ technical support team.
• Performing corrective and preventive maintenance for medical devices at client's site.
• Be the key contact for products between Japan headquarters and OEM vendors.

IVD or Medical device experience

Office hours 9am - 5.45pm, Mon - Fri

APAC travels required

Responsibilities

• Conducting Training within the company's office or oversea for affiliates and business partners’ technical support team.

• Preparation/update of training materials and technical documents for assigned products.

• 2nd level/3rd level technical support in the Asia Pacific region and local market (Singapore).

• Able to support local (Singapore market) if needed.

• Be the key contact person for products of responsibility between the Japan headquarters and their OEM vendors on technical matters.

• Creating actions/ideas for continuous improvement of affiliates and business partners’ support team competencies.

• Performing corrective and preventive maintenance for medical devices at client's site.

Qualifications

• ITE or equivalent in Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering.

• Min. 2 years of experience in the medical market servicing IVD, hematology, urinalysis or cardiovascular products.

• Have field service support experience locally and overseas

• Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with internal and external customers.

• Customer focused.
