Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service and system integration experience.
• Public Safety and Mission Critical domain expertise.
• Experience with RCA and incident response.
• Experience with data analytics and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity products and related principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for complex deployed systems.
• Lead advanced incident response and RCA efforts.
• Design and implement value-added services, automation, and process improvements.
• Act as the technical interface and trusted advisor to customers.
• Lead small projects or technical work streams related to upgrades and maintenance.
• Occasional out-of-hours support and travel may be required.
