Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for utilizing an advanced understanding of customer needs and technical leadership to champion return on engineering investment.
• Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs. Leverage Arrow’s engineering and design services resources to identify and facilitate solutions for customers, applying intermediate technical expertise to influence designs using solution selling strategies.
• Partner with the sales team across pre- and post-sales activities, providing advanced technical support and consulting to promote demand creation. Support design research and calibration with sales, Arrow departments, and suppliers. Advocate for return on engineering investment and design wins by securing sales support.
• Attend supplier trainings in person and via conference calls. Demonstrate understanding of supplier technologies and their market relevance.
• Manage expectations by building relationships, updating stakeholders on activities, and developing connections with key decision makers within suppliers and customers.
• Participate in strategic meetings, develop technical plans by supplier line or customer solutions, and organize engineering events. Support design services initiatives if needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in R&D, Design, or field applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and understand customers’ technical needs.
