Position: Senior Control Manager

We are looking for a Senior Control Manager to join our Facilities Department team.

Responsibilities
  1. Sustain and provide high-quality, non-interruption FMCS systems.
  2. Manage instrument maintenance, calibration, verification, and troubleshooting.
  3. Oversee quality systems including SPC, OOC, EAR, FMEA, CAR, audits, and excursions.
  4. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance executives within the department.
  5. Develop and enhance team knowledge, skills, and performance.
  6. Handle systems such as FMCS (SCADA/Server/SQL/PLC), Life Safety System, AMC analyzers, ionizers, CCTV, security access, PA, Walkie Talkie, etc.
  7. Lead PM execution and close-loop management for outstanding issues.
  8. Provide control, monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting solutions, including alarm handling, trend analysis, SPC, and executive summaries.
  9. Maintain up-to-date documentation (OI/SOP/FMEA) related to department operations.
  10. Coordinate audits with internal teams, third-party auditors, and external clients.
  11. Coach and mentor team members to develop competencies and successors.
Qualifications
  1. Major in control, electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering.
  2. At least 2 years of control management experience.
  3. Over 8 years of wafer fab facility operation experience.
  4. Experience in front-end wafer fab operations is essential.
  5. Strong technical knowledge in at least two of the following disciplines: control/instrument, electrical, mechanical, water treatment, gas & chemical systems.
  6. Certifications or experience with SCADA, PLC, Server, PC, Database, AI, Power BI, CAD.
  7. Project management experience; PMP certification is a plus.
  8. Problem-solving skills with practices like SPC, FMEA, and 3x5 whys methodology.
