Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive facilities leader to oversee safe, reliable workplace services within our semiconductor R&D environment. You will manage building infrastructure, budgets, vendors, and projects to support mission-critical operations.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, hands-on technical oversight of mechanical and electrical systems, and compliance with safety regulations. Occasional travel and 24/7 emergency support are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, business, facilities management, or related field.
• Relevant facilities, project management, safety, or sustainability certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations and workplace services, ensuring safety, reliability, and service quality.
• Manage annual operating and capital budgets, including forecasts and variance analysis.
• Provide technical oversight for M&E infrastructure projects from scope to handover.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and service providers against contracts and safety standards.
• Maintain procedures, maintenance programs, asset lifecycle, and capital improvement plans.
• Serve as Global Real Estate contact for Singapore groups, landlords, and government agencies.
• Support Environment, Health, and Safety to meet AMD requirements and laws.
• Assist in business continuity, crisis management, and contract negotiations.
• Participate in 24/7 emergency support, with travel up to 25%.
