Job summary

Job description

Location:

• Northeast/East Area [Government sector]

Working days:

• 5 days’ work week (may need to be activate on weekends on exigencies)

Duration:

• 2 Years Contract

Responsibilities:

• Representative of the Managing Agent, responsible for ensuring that the Facilities Management Services across assigned schools are properly executed according to the contract.
• work closely with schools, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service delivery.
• Assist schools in planning and programming all visits and maintenance services.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and project management team on the implementation of Infrastructure Improvement Works.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of service quality across all schools. Monitor the performance of subcontractors and take corrective actions if service delivery does not meet the required standards.
• Provide regular updates to the Operations Director and other stakeholders on the status of facilities management activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of facilities management experience.
