Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Engineer Assistant to support critical maintenance and project management. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring quality checks on work. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in the M&E or construction industry and be able to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in M&E or construction industry.
• Experience managing M&E for critical facilities.
• Possess relevant safety certificates is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Engineer in maintenance and management.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors for timely delivery.
• Monitor quality checks on completed work.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Facilities Engineer in critical & facilities maintenance and management.
• To co-ordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of work schedule.
• To monitor and carry out quality check on progressive completed work and make recommendation for effective project management.
• To assist in the preparation, checking and submission of shop drawings.
• To assist Facilities Engineer on all other project administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Preferable with minimum 2 years of working experience in M&E or construction industry.
• Experience in managing M&E for Critical facilities (data centres/ hospital / key installation)
• Possess relevant safety certificates is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.
Willing to travel around singapore based on the project site. (Joo Koon)
