An established events and HR group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator in Singapore. The role involves managing facilities services, overseeing contractors, and ensuring operational standards are met. Candidates must hold at least a diploma in Facilities Management, have relevant experience, and possess a valid Fire Safety Manager certificate. This position is ideal for a team player with strong interpersonal skills who can work under pressure.

Job description

  • Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you shall assist in the management of facilities management services for Site assigned to you.
  • This includes scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc.
  • You will investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
  • In addition, you shall supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management operations.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
  • A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager certificate
  • Experience in power shutdown is an added advantage.
