Job description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Facilities Executive to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all Facilities Management services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with contractual standards across school premises.

As the main point of contact between the Managing Agent and the school, you will work closely with stakeholders to maintain, improve, and enhance school facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the frontline representative for all school-related facilities management matters
  • Support and coordinate with the Technical Executive in ensuring all maintenance activities are executed according to contract standards
  • Assist schools in planning, scheduling, and programming of regular maintenance visits and services
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and project teams to implement Infrastructure Improvement Works
  • Monitor service quality and ensure timely follow-up on any reported issues or defects
  • Maintain strong communication with school users and ensure minimal disruption to school operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
  • Prior experience in facilities management, preferably in an educational or public sector setting
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
