THE COMPANY

Our Client is in semiconductor industry with a strong presence in APAC and Singapore. They are looking for a Senior Facilities Engineer / Principal Engineer – Cleanroom, Chillers, HVAC, Exhaust to join their team in Singapore, reporting to Head of Department.
THE ROLE

The Senior Facilities Engineer / Principal Engineer – Cleanroom, Chillers, HVAC, Exhaust is responsible for:

• Manage and maintain cleanroom systems, chillers, HVAC, exhaust, and other building facilities to ensure smooth operations in the wafer fab.
• Plan and carry out regular checks, repairs, and improvements to keep all systems running well.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly, find root causes, and fix problems to prevent them from happening again.
• Monitor system usage and performance, suggest improvements, and support energy-saving projects.

Requirements:

• Degree or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on experience with cleanroom systems, chillers (up to 1500RT), and HVAC maintenance.
• Familiar with environmental systems like scrubbers and vacuum systems, and basic building maintenance work.
