Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-9 years of external audit experience, preferably in insurance, banking or asset management industries.
• Knowledge of current market issues in financial services in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Define audit strategy with senior manager/partner and execute per EY policies.
• Lead teams or parts of teams on engagements based on engagement size.
• Manage engagements profitably by leading team performance.
• Monitor progress against plan and adjust as needed.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
• Cultivate and manage business development opportunities for audit services.
• Coach and develop team members to build technical competencies.
• Encourage accountability and ownership within the assurance team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback/training.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with other assurance teams.
