Roles & Responsibilities

As the Senior Experiential Multimedia Designer, you'll work with the creative and development team to create a visually appealing design that speaks of your proposed concept to the brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in graphic / multimedia design, be well-versed in UI/UX, with the creative methodology to create engaging imagery in various media. A positive attitude is a big plus!

Requirements:

1. Education from or related to Interaction and media design
2. Minimum 3 years of Multimedia/UI design experience, specialising in UX/UI and interactions. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
3. Experience in the spectrum of creative production from conceptualisation to production execution
4. Strong design and problem-solving skills to design intuitive apps, microsites, interactive multimedia
5. Deep understanding of (UX) user experience and ability to conduct research to validate user journey and proposal
6. Able to liaise with the development team for the production work process
7. Assist in pitching decks with compelling visuals, not limited to graphic design.
8. Strong portfolio demonstrating solid experience in multimedia design and UI design
9. Produce enticing motion graphics and storyboarding that lead up to video production
10. Able to guide and mentor junior designers
11. Interest in experimenting with new technologies and eagerness to learn.
12. Excellent team player with a positive and can-do attitude
13. Constantly exploring new software to upgrade skillset and creative proposal
14. Able to handle multiple projects independently and simultaneously and function well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
15. May be required to travel for overseas deployment
