The College of Engineering at NTU Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive, Student Experience. The individual will be part of a larger team that has oversight of all undergraduate matters at the College.

Reporting to the Head, Undergraduate, the candidate will contribute to building a holistic student experience for engineering undergraduates. The candidate will also play a key role in establishing CET programmes within the College.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Head, Undergraduate to drive student experience programmes and initiatives
• Support and work with non-school affiliated student clubs
• Secretariat for ENGenious sparks grant and management of grant related matters
• Seek out points of collaboration with other facets of university to enhance the overall student experience
• Enhance the CoE student ambassadorial programme, including training, team building, etc.
• Work with CoE student clubs on college-wide initiatives and programmes
• CoE’s liaison on CET-related matters

Requirements

• Recognized university degree in any discipline preferred. Individuals without the required qualifications but with relevant experience will also be considered.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in higher education sector
• Resourceful team player with good interpersonal and people management skills. Able to work independently and in teams
• Proven experience in programme management, policy development and or academic operations
• Highly motivated and meticulous individual with strong analytic and problem-solving skills and keen eye for details.
• Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• IT savvy and proficient in MS office applications.
