Job summary

A healthcare institution is looking for a Senior / Executive in Strategic Finance. You will be the key point of contact from Regional Health System (RHS) Strategic Finance, liaising with funding parties and institutions to collate, prepare and manage all funding-related matters.

Working closely with institutions and grantors, you will review consolidated reports for submission as well as programme audits to ensure corrective actions are followed up and completed in a timely manner. You will manage grants and ensure funding is tracked and disbursed to institutions accurately and promptly. Additionally, you will support cost and funding allocation, and prepare financial analyses for new programmes. You will provide financial guidance on harmonisation of finance processes for the various programmes, as well as support internal control and audit-related matters.

Your responsibilities will include documenting standard operating procedures for finance policies. You will also prepare and consolidate the annual cost centre budgets, which includes cashflow analysis for management review, track expenses incurred, and provide administrative support to the department. Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance field
  • Candidate with a Diploma in Accounting/Finance can apply, and the job level will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work in dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Independent worker with the ability to handle tight deadlines.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to get buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships.
