A leading company is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive for a 9-12 month contract to manage key projects in business operations, focusing on contract administration and asset management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, familiarity with legal processes, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive to support the management of key projects related to business operations management including contract administration and fixed asset stocktaking. This role will primarily involve collating agreements and contracts, conducting asset stocktakes, assisting with the liaison with relevant authorities and stakeholders on organizational matters. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a good understanding of legal and regulatory requirements. The role will be contracted for a duration of 9-12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Collation of Legal Documents:
Review and compile a list of legal documents including agreements and contracts across various departments.
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of legal documents in a centralized system.
Assist in the administration and management of documents , ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure that contract terms are met and address any discrepancies or issues that arise.
2) Asset Stocktake:
Assist in the planning, execution, and documentation of asset stocktakes.
Coordinate with relevant teams to verify and reconcile physical assets against records.
Support the preparation of detailed reports on asset status, condition, and discrepancies.
Ensure all asset information is accurately updated in the company's asset management system.
3) Business/Regulatory Support Matters:
Provide support in establishing the business structure by coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of essential documents, including legal filings and regulatory submissions.
Track the progress of business-related applications and follow up with authorities to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and submissions related to business structure matters.
The individual may be tasked with other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, asset management, or corporate governance.
Strong knowledge of contract law, legal processes, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in conducting asset stocktakes and asset management systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Proficient in Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Strong in project and stakeholders management
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with contract management software or systems.
Knowledge of corporate governance related processes.
Professional certification in project management or contract management is a plus.
