Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, on-brand content (visuals, videos, captions) tailored to Singapore’s market.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns, including paid ads, influencer collaborations, and promotions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social) and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, creative) to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Manage social media budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all social media channels.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance Pizza Hut’s online presence.

Requirements
