Senior/Executive, SingHealth Systemness Office

In response to the increasingly complex healthcare landscape, the SingHealth Systemness Office (SSO) has been established to elevate SingHealth's operations as a single system. As Senior/Executive in SSO, you will partner with stakeholders across the cluster to advance the One SingHealth vision. Your role will be crucial in developing strategies that streamline operations, deepen collaboration, and optimise resource utilisation across institutions, ultimately delivering consistent, patient-focused, and high-quality care.

Working closely with stakeholders across SingHealth, your responsibilities will include gathering and making sense of information of work processes and practices, analysing data, organising workshops and meetings, preparing and delivering presentations.

This role also requires creativity, resourcefulness, and adaptability. You should be prepared to pivot and undertake various roles and challenges as needed to bring our vision of a unified healthcare system into reality.

The role reports to the Senior/Manager and Group Director (Systemness).

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in healthcare
  2. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  3. Able to foster strong and positive working relationships with stakeholders
  4. Good verbal and written communication skills
