Job summary

TENTEN Partners in Singapore seeks experienced recruiters for Principal Consultant or Associate Director roles. This is not high-volume recruitment; you’ll nurture trusted relationships, build market depth, and work independently to win new business and grow strategic accounts.

You’ll deliver mid-to-senior and executive searches across Financial Services, Insurance and Consulting in Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam and the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Strong agency recruitment or executive search experience.
• Expertise in one or more specialist markets.
• Experience across Financial Services, Insurance, Consulting or related sectors.
• Strong account management and/or business development capability.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a specialist market.
• Build senior client and candidate relationships.
• Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Deliver mid-to-senior and executive search assignments.
• Provide market insight and trusted advice to clients.
• Collaborate across TENTEN and regional markets.
• Build your profile through networking, market insight and client engagement.
• At AD level, contribute to practice growth, mentoring and strategy.
