Job Responsibilities:
Management reporting & report analysis.
Attending to day-to-day corporate client requests, medical report handling and appointment bookings.
Acts as a liaison to ensure smooth workflows between departments.
Coordination with internal stakeholders ensuring high service levels for corporate clients through active communication with relevant departments.
Attending to feedback and client and ensure there is follow-up.
Developing and revising standard operating protocols and workflows within the department.
Conduct induction and training sessions for new staff, maintaining up-to-date training records
Screening and identifying new tender opportunities to support business development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
