Warren Golf & Country Club recherche un professionnel dynamique pour des ventes de memberships et des événements corporatifs. Ce rôle implique le développement de stratégies de vente, la gestion d'événements, et l'établissement de partenariats B2B. Vous aurez la responsabilité de générer des revenus à travers des promotions et en collaborant avec l'équipe marketing. Un diplôme minimum et 3-5 ans d'expérience en vente/marketing sont requis, avec une préférence pour le secteur golfique.
1. Term Membership Sales
- Develop/execute strategies to sell short-term membership (12, 24 and 36-month packages)
- Target professionals, expats, and seasonal residents needing flexible access
- Manage end-to-end sales process: prospecting, tours, proposals, and closing
- Collaborate with Membership Dept on marketing campaigns
2. Corporate Golf Events
- Sell packaged and customised corporate events (tournaments, team-building, etc.)
- Build B2B pipeline with companies, interest groups, social clubs, societies, SMEs, and MNCs
- Coordinate with Operations/F&B teams for seamless execution
3. Sponsorship & Advertising Sales
- Secure sponsors for social and golf events, facilities, and digital channels (e.g., hole signage, tournament titles, website banners, on-course assets, etc.)
- Develop tiered sponsorship packages (Platinum/Gold/Silver)
- Pitch to local/regional businesses (luxury brands, banks, automotive, etc.)
4. Public Golf & Green Fee Sales
- Drive revenue from public play (daily green fees, group bookings, society golf days)
- Create promotions for off-peak hours, group packages and customised events
- Partner with hotels/tour operators/social clubs/financial institutions, etc.
- Partner with online booking partnerships
5. Marketing & Promotion
- Develop targeted campaigns (digital, email, social media, print) for all revenue streams
- Maintain CRM database for leads, clients, and partners
- Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to refine pricing/positioning
- Represent the club at golf events, networking events, and community activations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue targets: Term memberships, corporate events, sponsorships, advertising, green fees
- Lead conversion rates (inquiries → closed sales)
- New corporate/client acquisitions
- Sponsor retention/renewal rates
- ROI on marketing campaigns
- Proficient in both oral and written language skills
- Self Motivated with pleasant and outgoing personality
- Minimum diploma from recognised local or overseas tertiary institutions
- Experience: 3–5 years in sales/marketing (golf, hospitality, events, or sponsorships preferred)
- Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales
- Sponsorship proposal drafting and negotiation
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing
- Strong network in corporate/community sectors
- Attributes: Self-motivated, relationship-builder, golf knowledge (advantage), excellent communicator
- Compensation: High base salary + commission (tiered for memberships, events, sponsorships)
