Job description

The Senior Executive, Sales & Business Development is responsible for driving business growth by managing and expanding strategic partnerships with external organisations, optimising product offerings from development to pricing strategies, and leveraging data to provide insights to guide strategic decisions. The role requires a proactive, analytical, and relationship-driven professional who can collaborate across teams to enhance revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish new partnership opportunities with external organisations (e.g., corporate partners, external partners, island partners, RWS, SDC) to drive business growth and enhance our offerings.

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Maintain and manage relationships with partners, ensuring long-term success and mutual benefit.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, including terms, deliverables, and financial aspects.

  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Ticketing, Business Units, Finance and Corporate Planning) to ensure smooth execution and integration of partnership initiatives.

  • Drive joint marketing efforts and campaigns with partners to enhance visibility and customer engagement.

  • Track the performance of ongoing partnerships, assessing their impact on business objectives and KPIs.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise parternship outcomes.

2. Pricing & Product

  • Support the development and execution of product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs, while maintaining profitability.

  • Conceptualise campaigns aimed at achieving direct-to-channel (DTC) revenue goals.

  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing management.

  • Monitor and analyse product performance, gathering insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximise revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

  • Communicate pricing strategies, product updates, and performance metrics to key stakeholders within the organisation.

3. Data Analytics & Insights

  • Analyse data to generate actionable insights that support strategic decisions aligned with business goals, including evaluating sales channel performance, gathering ground sentiments to better understand consumer preferences, and updating the market outlook.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a related function.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to deliver high-quality work.
