Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential customers including contractors, builders, interior designers and end-users.
  • Promote and sell the company’s range of paints and building materials.
  • Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct site visits, product presentations and negotiations.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support client requirements.
  • Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements
  • Diploma holder.
  • Proven sales experience in building materials to interior designer, contractor and builder sectors.
  • Strong network within the construction, interior design firm and architecture communities is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
