Job summary

A government agency in Singapore is seeking a professional to ensure quality resolution of complex public queries relating to pre-enlistment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, particularly in customer service and case management. Qualifications

What The Role Is

You ensure consistent, prompt and quality resolution of complex public queries relating to pre-enlistment through tailored support or proactive engagement.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Resolve complex public queries relating to pre-enlistment
  • Analyse and highlight trends or emerging issues for Subject Matter Experts
  • Monitor and contribute to continuous improvements in unit operations and customer relations
  • Manage and analyse data from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Prepare reports based on CRM data analysis


Challenge(s)

  • Maintaining consistency and objectivity when dealing with diverse cases
  • Providing quality service delivery while adhering to mandatory National Service policies


What We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Prior experience in case management or customer service is preferred
  • Experience in management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system's data for analysis and report preparation is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills
