What The Role Is
You ensure consistent, prompt and quality resolution of complex public queries relating to pre-enlistment through tailored support or proactive engagement.
What You Will Be Working On
- Resolve complex public queries relating to pre-enlistment
- Analyse and highlight trends or emerging issues for Subject Matter Experts
- Monitor and contribute to continuous improvements in unit operations and customer relations
- Manage and analyse data from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Prepare reports based on CRM data analysis
Challenge(s)
- Maintaining consistency and objectivity when dealing with diverse cases
- Providing quality service delivery while adhering to mandatory National Service policies
What We Are Looking For
- At least 5 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Prior experience in case management or customer service is preferred
- Experience in management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system's data for analysis and report preparation is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise flexibility in working and communication styles
