Responsibilities:

• Help update and maintain group management guidelines, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

• Support regular checks on group companies to ensure they follow these guidelines.

• Assist in the group approval process for key business matters like changes in directors, investments, and dividends.

• Work with group companies to keep their corporate profiles up to date.

• Help set up procedures to regularly check and report on the group’s business operations and financial performance.

• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for departments, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with company goals.

• Support financial performance monitoring, including budget vs actuals and project cost control.

• Help maintain and manage internal policies and ensure they’re implemented across the company.

• Assist in developing training materials and delivering compliance training to employees.

• Organize key meetings such as Board of Directors and Shareholders’ meetings and manage the minutes.

• Support legal processes by reviewing contracts and liaising with external legal teams.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or degree in business, corporate governance, or a related field.

• 1-5 years in corporate support, legal, or compliance roles.

• Familiarity with the Companies Act and regulations in Singapore.

• Experience on implementation of an organization’s policies and compliance principles & frameworks related work.

• Good organization, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude.
