Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct safety audits and inspections to monitor compliance to the SMS
  • Conduct incidents or accidents investigations
  • Prepare Incident, Accident or Safety Observations trend analysis reports
  • Compile, analyze and code HIRS information
  • Prepare Operating performance standards monthly reports for Management
  • Coordinate and compile information on National Emergency Planning for LTA
  • Manage the Hazard Log (HL) System and update the review/ownership status
  • Accessing the impact of modifications and changes in R&P or WI on HL closure
  • Manage 3 yearly review on HL closure action
  • Design, Trainer and Administrator of the Hazard or Incident Reporting System
  • Preparation of Safety Management Committee materials for Secretariat
  • Conduct Public Safety Campaigns at Stations to raise public safety awareness
  • Conduct audit checks on Security Personnel including Red-Teaming
  • Any duty assigned by the Head of Department

Requirements

  • Technical or Engineering degree from a university
  • Knowledge in setting up and implementation of a safety management system
  • Experience in leading and achieving a safety and business continuity certifications
  • Possess analytical mind, good communication skills and able to perform both independently and as a team player
  • Applicants with more years of relevant work experience will be considered for Senior Executive position
