A leading healthcare institution is seeking a Senior Executive for Quality Management to oversee patient safety incidents and improve quality initiatives. This role requires solid experience in healthcare quality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. You will work alongside various stakeholders to implement action plans aimed at enhancing patient safety standards.
About the Role
The Senior Executive, Quality Management will be responsible to review patient safety incidents and will work closely with stakeholders and Quality Assurance Committees (QACs) to identify and follow-up on action plans to prevent similar incidents. She/He will maintain incident statistics, monitor, and analyse the patient safety indicators to flag areas of concerns to Head of Department, stakeholders and QACs.
The Senior Executive will coordinate and facilitate QAC review for Serious Reportable Events. She/He will assist to support patient safety program, initiatives, and activities to achieve the institution’s objectives towards quality and patient safety.
