An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prominent center. Job description

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing day-to-day SingPost Centre operations, including but not limited to security, cleanliness, fit-out works, Capex improvement works, planning and executing safe management procedures, and ensuring that managing agents and vendors comply with building operations and standards.

Other operational responsibilities include:

  1. Maintenance
  • Periodic inspection of properties (jointly with MAs)
  • Overseeing soft services such as cleaning, security, pest control, horticulture, plumbing & sanitary, building façade, etc.
  • Vendor management, including specialised contractors and term contractors
  • Ensuring statutory compliance
  • Supporting ad hoc projects, including follow-up on installations of solar panels, food waste digesters, and smart water meters
  • Property maintenance functions
  • Office management and fit-out works
  • You will need to have:

    • Diploma in Property/Facilities Management or related courses
    • At least 3 years of relevant or similar experience
    • Good stakeholder management skills
    • Good project and time management skills
