Overview:


This role supports day-to-day property management operations for Shenton House, Marina View Sales Gallery, and IOI Central Boulevard Towers. The role involves coordination with managing agents and contractors, oversight of maintenance and tenancy processes, defects rectification tracking, and administrative support in compliance, budgeting, and reporting matters.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily property operations and maintenance with managing agents at assigned properties.
  • Support tenancy-related activities, including handovers, reinstatement, fit-out coordination.
  • Assist in tracking and closing out defects and project handover matters with consultants and contractors.
  • Maintain key building documents, including contracts, licenses, and statutory records.
  • Monitor service delivery of soft services and minor works, ensuring standards are met.
  • Assist with budgeting, procurement, and operational reporting tasks.
  • Respond to tenant and stakeholder feedback in a timely and service-oriented manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of overall property management objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building, Estate Management, Facilities Management, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Diploma with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in property operations, maintenance coordination, and both tenancy and strata management.
  • Familiar with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act and related property regulations.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
