Senior/ Executive (Projects), Group Finance

As a member of the Group Finance project team, you shall assist the Director in projects involving efforts to advance the One SingHealth vision (Systemness), cost containment, and other areas as assigned. In the area of finance systemness, you will gather feedback and study how finance policies and practices can affect the way institutions and domains collaborate across SingHealth, and develop solutions to achieve systemness. In the area of cost containment, an initial focus will be to look into how physical assets across SingHealth can be better utilized e.g. by identifying and addressing gaps in data and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role will involve engagement of stakeholders to understand problems and brainstorm solutions, managing differences and bringing about alignment. You should be proficient in analysing and interpreting financial and operational data. You will need to be resourceful and versatile and adjust your role to evolving project needs.

Job Requirements:

  1. Good Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 2 years' relevant experience
  2. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
  3. Good understanding of public healthcare, its working dynamics and challenges
  4. Proficient in data analysis and report creation
  5. Familiar with reading, interpreting and analysing financial information
  6. Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
