As a Senior Executive (Project Office Management), you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the business unit through administrative, logistical, and asset management tasks.

What will you do?

Administrative & Scheduling Support

  • Support onboarding/offboarding of staff

  • Manage meeting schedules and room bookings

  • Assist with general admin tasks and reporting

Mail, Logistics & Procurement

  • Handle mail collection, courier coordination

  • Manage procurement of items like hampers, stationeries, and team collaterals

Asset & Facilities Coordination

  • Maintain asset records (transfers, disposal, tagging)

  • Liaise with Facilities on office equipment issues

Event Support

  • Assist in planning and logistics for team events and townhalls

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Good understanding of business unit admin processes

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
