As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation solutions for our external clients. Leveraging your expertise in managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects across both Government and Commercial sectors, you will lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative business solutions, workflow automation, and AI solutions. Your strategic vision and project management acumen will ensure the successful execution of projects that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Drive comprehensive project planning and resource scheduling, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational standards.
- Monitor project tracking, focusing on deliverables, financials, operational efficiency, and adherence to documentation protocols.
- Implement robust risk management strategies and quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead all phases of project implementation, maintaining rigorous oversight to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop tailored solution proposals for prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless delivery of project operations and achieve client objectives.
Stakeholder Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to assess project requirements and develop effective execution strategies.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations that align with their strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, with PMP/CITPM certification is a must
- At least 4 years’ working experience (min 1 year in government projects), with min 3 years’ IT Project Management.
- Demonstrated experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) software, including OpenText and EMC Documentum, is a valuable asset.
- Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to the team
- Good communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
